General Provisions

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be accurate and complete. If an account is opened with false or incomplete information, ppvip may close it at any time and the balance and bonuses in that account may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out from the account.

• Change your password regularly and avoid using passwords that are easy to guess.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, make sure to log out at the end of the session.

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw bonus funds, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,200 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,200; to make the ৳1,200 bonus withdrawable, ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

Limitation of Liability

ppvip is not liable for any financial loss suffered by a member due to disruption of technical services, loss of internet connection, or errors by third-party data providers.

• ppvip is not liable for an inability to place a bet due to device or software issues.
• If a member's account information is disclosed to a third party, the member bears responsibility for any resulting loss.
• ppvip is not obliged to pay compensation if a service is unavailable or interrupted, though the bet amount may be refunded.

Under no circumstances will ppvip's liability exceed the amount held in the member's account.

Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by ppvip

ppvip may temporarily or permanently suspend a member's account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or manipulation.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false identity or information.
• Use of an unauthorised payment method.

11.2 Closure by the Member

If a member wishes to close their account, they may inform the support team via live chat or email. It is advised to withdraw all valid balances before closing the account.
